I help women feel deeply confident in their bodies again, from preparing for conception to feeling strong and supported through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. My approach blends the science of functional and naturopathic medicine with the soul of holistic care — rooted in nutrition, nervous system regulation, and compassionate birth support.
I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, with additional training from the University of Miami, Harvard University, and the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). I also studied Chinese Medical Sciences at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, giving me a unique perspective that bridges Eastern and
Western medicine.
As a doula, I work alongside a trusted team highly referred by obstetric providers and hospitals throughout Miami. Together, we’ve supported hundreds of births in both home and hospital settings, bringing comfort, safety, and empowered support to families during one of the most transformative moments of their lives.
Over the years, I’ve worked with women who were told “everything looks normal”, yet felt anything but. Some were preparing for IVF, others wanted to conceive naturally, and many simply sought to reconnect with their health before motherhood.
